摘　　要：高职文化创意产业人才培养工作与师资队伍的实践能力有密切关系。具有实践能力的师资队伍,善于把行业企业要求,引入课堂教学和其他实践教学过程中,学生获得的不仅仅是知识,更多的是行业、企业、岗位和项目的要求及标准。提高师资队伍的实践能力对于培养人才至关重要。Higher vocational college culture and creative industry talents training work and faculty practice ability is closely related to. Practical ability of teachers, good to industry requirements, into classroom teaching and practice teaching process, students gain not only knowledge, more is the industry requirements, the requirement of the enterprise, job requirements and the requirements of the project. Improve the teachers＇ practical ability training for talent is crucial.
