摘　　要：为准确掌握和了解高校青年教师的政治思想现状,我们采取了匿名问卷调查、专题研讨会和个别交流等多种形式,随机调查了天津科技大学25-40岁年龄组青年教师的思想状况,总结和分析了当今青年教师思想政治方面的现状和原因,提出建设具有针对性、高效性和易接受性的新型高校教师思想政治教育方式、方法和模式,提高了思想政治教育的针对性、时效性和有效性。To learn about the political and ideological status of the young teachers,the ideological status of young teachers between 25 to 40 in Tianjin University of Science and Technology were investigated with the help of questionnaires,seminars and individual exchanges.The status of and reasons for their political direction were summarized and analysed,and a new ideological and political education for universities teachers was put forward.The new model is good oriented,easy to be accepted,and more effective.
