摘  要:针对当前深孔镗床的缺点,开发了新一代深孔镗专用机床。该机床采用配备低转速大扭矩同步交流伺服电机的主轴驱动系统,采用具有过载保护的液压进给系统,有效地克服了原机床结构复杂、能耗高、堵转时易损坏工件和刀具的缺点,具有自动化程度高、成本低、节能、可靠性好等优点。Aiming at the disadvantages of current deep hole boring machine, a new deep hole boring machine was developed. In the machine, shaft drive system with low speed and large torque AC servo motor and hydraulic feed system with overload protection were adopted, so the problems existing in original machine, such as complex structure, high energy consumption, and stalling which is easy to damage the workpiece and tool, were overcome. It has the advantages of high degree of automation, energy-saving, low cost and good reliability.
