高压氧联合复方樟柳碱治疗急性视神经炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察高压氧联合复方樟柳碱局部注射治疗急性视神经炎的临床效果。方法急性视神经炎患者35例(43眼),随机分成两组,对照组17例(21眼),采用营养剂、血管扩张剂及糖皮质激素治疗,治疗组18例(22眼),在对照组治疗的基础上采用高压氧联合复方樟柳碱颞浅动脉旁皮下注射。结果治疗组总有效率为90.91%,对照组总有效率为61.90%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高压氧联合复方樟柳碱局部注射是治疗急性视神经炎的有效方法,值得推广。Objective To observe the effect of the treatment of acute optic neuritis （ON） by hyperbaric oxy- gen combined with compound anisodine. Methods Thirty-five patients with 43 eyes diagnosed of acute ON were di- vided into the study group and control group randomly. In the control group, 17 patients with 21 eyes were treated by nu- tritional agent, vasodilator agent and glucocorticoid. In study group, 18 patients with 22 eyes were treated by hyperbaric oxygen combined with compound anisodine hypodermic injection nearby arteria temporalis superficialis on the basis of the treatment of the control group. Results The total effective rate was 90.91% in the study group and 61.90% in the control group, with statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxy- gen combined with compound anisodine is effective for treating acute ON, which is worthy to be extended.
