乳腺癌电子数据库的建立及临床应用

摘　　要：目的建立乳腺癌电子数据库,收集乳腺癌临床病理资料,为开展乳腺癌临床和基础研究提供信息平台。方法利用Microsoft Access数据库软件设计乳腺癌电子数据库,将2002年1月至2011年12月宁夏医科大学总医院肿瘤外科收治的所有乳腺癌患者的临床、病理资料输入数据库。结果成功建立了宁夏医科大学总院乳腺癌数据库,已收集1630例乳腺癌患者的临床病理资料。数据库具有输入数据方便、快捷、完整、可靠,数据统计、查询快速、准确的特点,可对病案实行信息化管理。结论乳腺癌数据库为乳腺癌患者的临床资料信息化管理提供了一种有用的工具。Objective To establish a breast cancer database and collect clinical and pathologic data of breast cancer, in order to provide patient data for the research of preclinical medicine and clinical medicine on breast cancer. Methods The breast cancer database was designed by using Microsoft Access database. The clinical and pathologic information of all patients with diagnosed breast cancer admitted to the Department of Ontological Surgery of Gener- al Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from 2002 to 2011 was input. Results The breast cancer database was es- tablished successfully in General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University. The clinical and pathological information of 1 630 patients was input. Date input was convenient, rapid and reliable. Date statistics was simple and accurate. It could realize information based management of the cases. Conclusion The breast cancer database can be a useful clinical tool for collecting information of breast cancer patients.
