摘 要:目的制定新建三级甲等医院急诊新护士分诊的标准化培训方案,提高分诊检伤分类的准确性。方法制定培训目标和急诊患者分诊标准,成立专科教学小组,对新护士理论知识、技能及沟通能力进行培训,并开展阶段性经验讨论。结果通过卡方检验进行比较,实施前后,新护士分诊准确率和患者满意率显著提高(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论标准化培训可有效提高急诊分诊质量,规范急诊分诊新护士行为,增强患者及家属对急诊工作的信任度。Objective To develop standardized training programme for new nurses in the Emergency Depart- ment of tertiary hospital, and to improve the accuracy of injury classification. Methods The training objectives and the standards of triage for emergency patients were constituted. A specialized skills training team was formed to train the new nurses in theory knowledge, technical skills and communication skills, and carry out experience discuss regu- larly. Results According to Chi-square test, the accuracy of triage and the satisfaction rate of patients after training were significantly higher than those before training (P〈0.05). Conclusion Standardized training can effectively im- prove the quality of emergency triage, standardize the behavior of nurses for emergency triage, and enhance the satis- faction of patients and their families.
