摘  要:针对某型发动机试车中反复出现中央传动杆中间轴承滚子和保持架脱落、内圈严重磨损故障,进行结构合理性分析、振动特性计算、实物测量、产品质量复查及相关试验测量,确定影响传动杆正常工作的各项因素,找出了传动杆破坏原因。采取传动杆轴径优化设计、改善供油、提高加工质量、改进安装形式等多项措施,解决磨损故障。改进后的发动机试车验证表明,传动杆工作稳定,效果良好。最后,总结出三支点细长中央传动杆设计的关键技术,可为同类中央传动杆设计提供借鉴。For the driving shaft encountering the roller and retainer breaking off and inner spacers wearing out during the engine tests, the structure analyses, vibration calculation, component measurement, quality assessment and related tests were carried out. Finally the faetors effecting the driving shaft operation and the reasons of failure were defined. Several measures including shaft diameter optimization, increasing oil supply, improving manufacture quality and installation form were taken to clear up the failures. After im- provement, the testing results showed that the driving shaft worked steadily and the effect was good. At last, the key technology of radial driving shaft with three supporting points is summarized, which has a great help for the driving shaft design.
