摘　　要：研究性学习与创新性实验是高校培养高素质创新人才的重要途径。普通高校在开展此类活动中遇到了相关的问题致使创新性实验不能达到预期的效果。文中针对相应的问题提出了解决的建议:以过程为导向,充分利用合理的激励机制,培养与激发学生及指导教师的创新精神,使教师和学生从中双获益。The research study and innovative experiment are important way for colleges and universities to train high-quality innovative talents.The college-related issues encountered in such activities resulting in innovative experiment could not achieve the desired results.For the corresponding problem solved by the suggestion process-orient,take full advantage of the incentive mechanism,training and stimulate the innovative spirit of the students and instructor,so that teachers and students can obtain profits.
