摘  要:为了解决旧水泥路面沥青加铺的损坏问题,设计了复合试件,进行了层间浸水及冻融直剪试验.通过路表水-车轮-路面系统模型,发现动水压与车速的2次方成正比,当行车速度分别为80,100,120km/h时动水压分别为0.246,0.385,0.554MPa.试验表明:浸水时间越长层间结构越容易发生破坏,24h浸水、48h浸水试件分别比未浸水试件的强度降低了50%,64.6%;层间静水的冻融作用可导致层间结构强度降低,冻融后的试件比未冻融的强度降低了58.8%.总之,层间水的动压、浸浴及冻融作用削弱了层间的粘结强度,最终将导致加铺层结构的破坏.To solve damage issues of asphalt overlay resurfacing old cement pavement, a kind of com- posite specimens were designed, and the direct shear tests with soaking and frozen-thawed samples were separately finished. Based on the model of water-tire-pavement system, it is founded that dynamic water pressure is directly proportional to 2th power of speed,which were identified as 0. 246,0. 385,0. 554 MPa corresponding to the running speed of 80,100,120 km/h. The results show that,the longer the sample soaked, the more is layer structure vulnerable to damage; compared with the non-soaked samples,the shear strength respectively reduces by 50% or 64. 6%, corresponding to the samples soaked for 24 h or 48 h;the roles of the hydrostatic water in layer leads to interlayer structure inten- sion lessening by 58.8% over the natural sample. To sum up,the bond is weakened by dynamic pres- sure, soaking and freezing-thawing of interlayer water, which will eventually result in overlay structure destroyed.
