摘 要:通过应急救援物资和伤员的协调转运提高救援效率,研究直运方式下,一个救援中心,多个受灾点之间单位运输需求协调转运的调度优化模型.以最小化车辆的在途时间为目标,建立了两阶段的数学模型,并进行了数据模拟和求解.结果表明模型能有效地解决车辆的配置和调度,能够协调物资和伤员两种类型的转运需求,并且最小化运输成本.The coordination transshipment between emergency relief and wounded people can raise the efficiency of rescue. This paper researches a coordination transshipment problem with unit transport demand between one rescue center and multiple affected areas by direct shipment. A two-stage mathe- matical model is built with the goal to minimize the transshipment time. Thorough simulating the model with random data, the results show that the model can effectively solve the deployment and scheduling of vehicles and can coordinate the two types of transshipment demands between supplies and wounded people and can minimize the transportation costs. This study has great significance to the vehicle deployment and route decisions of coordination transshipment in general society logistics.
