摘  要:针对晶圆产品生产周期长且波动大,制定可靠的订单承诺计划较难的问题,揭示了晶圆制造企业订单承诺决策困难的根源,以及当前订单承诺实务方法的不足;为克服实务方法的缺点,构建了基于产能规划的多等级订单承诺流程,探讨了实施该流程的关键技术。该流程为不同优先级的客户预留产能,以达到提高重要客户订单的满足率和正常订单的准时交付率的目的。The situation in long duration and high uncertainty of wafers cycle time brings manufacturers' difficulty in making feasible order promise. Firstly, the reasons for problems faced by wafer fabrication manufacturers in order promising process were disclosed, and the roots of deficiencies in current order promising method were investigated. Then, for wafer fabrication plants to conquer these deficiencies, a solution method was presented to support order promising process to raise the performance of important customers' order fulfillment and normal orders' on time delivery. In this process, orders are divided into several priorities and capacities are reserved for each priority in advance. Finally, some critical techniques used to implement this order promising process were discussed.
