中西药治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的有效方法。方法:58例随机分为两组,西医组28例31眼采用常规抗病毒治疗,中西医结合组30例35眼在西医治疗基础上加服中药辨证分型治疗。结果:全部病例均治愈,中西结合组治愈时间及复发率明显优于西医组。结论:中西药治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎可明显缩短疗程,减少复发,提高疗效。Objective： To discuss the effective treatment of herpes simplex virus keratitis. Methods ： 58 cases of herpes simplex virus keratitis were randomly divided into two groups. There were 28 cases （31 eyes） in the Western medicine group treated by anti-virus treatment. And 30 cases （35 eyes） in the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine group were treated based on syndrome differentiation besides the basic Western medicine treatment. Results ： All the cases were cured. The cured time as well as the recurrence rate in the combination group was superior to that in the Western medicine group. Conclusion ： Traditional Chinese medicine can shorten the treatment course, reduce the reoccurrence rate and improve the effect when treating herpes sim- plex virus keratitis.
