摘　　要：出租车拼载已不是一个新生事物,因在具体实施方面存在一些局限性问题而举步维艰。本文从成都出租车一些现状分析出租车合理拼载具有控制城市出租车需求量,缓解城市交通拥挤,解决"打车难",提高出租车使用效率,减少出租车安全事故,符合和谐性社会要求等正外部性,且具备可行性,为出租车合理拼载常态化提供建设性意见。Taxi-pool is not anew thing, but there are some limitations in terms of the specific implementation. Based on the analysis of Chengdu taxi status, we can see that taxi-pool not only help to control the demand of taxis, but also mitigate urban traffic congestion, solve the travel difficulty problem, improve the efficiency of taxi use arld reduce the taxi security incidents. The paper analyzes the positive externalities which are suitable to the harmonious social requirements, and the feasibility, supplies constructive comments to the taxi-pool standard implementation.
