潜行侧方内括约肌离断术治疗陈旧性肛裂的疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察潜行侧方内括约肌离断术治疗陈旧性肛裂的l临床疗效，回顾分析采用潜行侧方内括约肌离断术治疗的30例陈旧性肛裂患者资料。结果显示，本组30例患者均治愈，治愈率100％。术后均无肛门失禁、出血、感染等发生。结果表明，潜行侧方内括约肌离断术治疗陈旧性肛裂手术操作简单、疗效可靠、并发症少，值得临床推广应用。In order to observe the clinical effect of latent lateral incision for internal sphincter in the treat- ment of chronic anal fissure,authors retrospectively analyzed the data of 30 patients who had been subject to above procedure. As results,all of 30 patients were cured（100%）,after operation no anal incontinence, bleeding and infection occured. Results show that above procedure is of simple manipulation,reliable cura- tive effect and less complication, thus worthy to be used clinically.
