青少年肥胖与多种代谢指标相关性分析

摘　　要：[目的]分析延边地区青少年肥胖与多种代谢指标的相关性.[方法]于2009年5月,采用整群抽样方法抽取安图县高三学生体格检查资料1 207份,被纳入的研究对象均对调查内容知情同意.通过健康体格检查准确测量身高、体重(WT)、腰围(WC)及血压,同时取清晨空腹静脉血测定血脂谱及血糖(FBG)值.[结果]男生和女生整体型肥胖组的WT,WC,FBG及体质量指数(BMI)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)平均水平均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05);调整型别后的协方差分析结果显示,整体型肥胖组的WT,BMI,WC,SBP,DBP,FBG平均水平均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01);男生和女生腹型肥胖组的WT,BMI,WC,SBP,DBP,FBG平均水平均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01);调整型别后的协方差分析结果显示,腹型肥胖组的WT,BMI,WC,SBP,DBP,FBG的平均水平均高于正常对照组(P<0.01).一般相关关系分析结果显示,男生和女生BMI与WC,WT,SBP,DBP,FBG均呈正相关(P<0.01),与HDL-C呈负相关(P<0.05);WC与BMI,WT,SBP,DBP,FBG均呈正相关(P<0.01).校正性别后偏相关分析结果显示,BMI与WC,WT,SBP,DBP,FBG均呈正相关(P<0.01),与HDL-C呈负相关(P<0.01);WC与BMI,WT,SBP,DBP,FBG均呈正相关(P<0.01).[结论]延边地区青少年BMI和WC均与SBP,DBP及FBG密切相关,而且BMI与WC呈显著相关.ABSTRACT： OBJECTIVE To analyze the correlation between adolescent obesity and multiple metabolic indexes in Yanbian area. METHODS 1 207 of students of grade three in high school in Antu county of Yanbian were selected in May, 2009 by cluster sampling method, and all subjects knew the informed consent. Height, weight （WT）, waist circumference （WC） and blood pressure （BP） was measured by physical examination, and meanwhile, serum blood lipid spectrum and fasting blood glucose （FBG） weremeasured. RESULTS The levels of WT, BMI, WC, SBP, DBP, FBG in both sexes were higher in general obesity group than in normal control group （P〈 0.05）, and in central obesity group were higher than in normal group （P 〈 0.05）. BMI in both sexes was a positive correlation with the WT, SBP, DBP and FBG, and a negative correlation with HDL-C （P〈 0.05）, and WC was a positivecorrelation with the BMI, WT, SBP, DBP, FBG （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The BMI and WC in adolescents of Antu area was closely correlated with the SBP, DBP and FBG, and BMI was significantly related with WC.
