摘  要:目的 探讨高度及超高度近视眼近视度、散光度与眼轴长及角膜屈光力的关系。方法 精确测量 74例高度及超高度近视眼患者 (148只眼 )的角膜屈光力、眼轴及屈光度 ,用国际通用SPSS软件处理所得数据 ,进行相关检验。结果 近视度和散光度与眼轴长呈正相关 ;最大角膜屈光力与近视度呈正相关 ,与散光度亦呈正相关。Objectives To study the correlations between myopic degree and corneal refractive power , and axis.Methods Corneal refractive powers and the length of axis were measured on 74 patients with high myopia (148 eyes) . SPSS software package were applied to deal with the data. Results There were positive correlations between the length of axis and myopic degree , and astigmatic degree . The length of axis is positively correlated with the myopic degree and astigmatic degree . The maximum corneal refractive power is positively correlated with the myopic degree and astigmatic degree.Conclusions The length of axis and the cornea refractive power are two important factors for the degree of high myopia. Key words Myopia;Length of axis;The cornea refractive powerve powerby increased portal pressure causing gastric mucosa ischemia or hypoxia and local gastroparietal acidosis is one of the mechanisms of portal hypertensive gastropathy.
