摘　　要：目的:探讨MSI2、Numb在白血病中的表达及其临床意义。方法:随机收集初诊的急性白血病及慢性髓系白血病慢性期患者骨髓标本,同时收集血液系统非恶性肿瘤性疾病及正常人的骨髓标本作为对照组;应用荧光定量PCR的方法检测各组标本中MSI2、Numb的表达量。结果:①所测标本中AML和ALL患者MSI2表达量明显高于CML及对照组,ALL与后两者差异有统计学意义,AML与后两者差异无统计学意义。②在AML和ALL中Numb的表达量均低于CML慢性期和正常对照,差异无统计学意义。③急性白血病中Numb与MSI2表达量无明显相关性。④急性白血病中MSI2高表达与骨髓流式检测幼稚细胞比例呈正相关。结论:MSI2在急性白血病中高表达,且在ALL中明显高表达。急性白血病中MSI2的表达量与肿瘤负荷相关。Objective：To investigate the differences of MSI2 and Numb expression in patients with leukemia or hematological non-malignant diseases, and explore its clinical significance. Method： Bone marrow samples of patiens with newly diagnosed acute leukemia or chronic myeloid leukemia in chronic phase patients were collected as the experimental groups,while bone marrow samples of healthy vonlunteers and patients with hematological non malignant diseases were collected as a control group. Fluorescence quantitative PCR was performed to detect the ex pression of MSI2 and Numb. Result：①The expression levels of MSI2 in AML and ALL patients were significantly higher than those in CML patients and the control group. The differences between the ALL group and the latter two groups were statistically significant. However,the differences between AML group and the latter two groups were not statistically significant. ②The expression levels of Numb in AML and Aid. patiens were lower than those in CML patiens and normal controls. But those differences were not statistically significant. ③There was no correlation between MSI2 and Numb expression in patients with acute leukemia. ④High expression of MSI2 in ALL pa tients was positively correlated to the proportion of primitive cells. Conclusion：MSI2 expression level is high in pa tient with acute leukemia,especially in those with ALL. Its expression level is associated with tumor burden.
