摘　　要：患者,男,60岁。因＂双眼睑水肿、头痛4个月余,加重7d＂于4月7日入住我科。起病后在当地医院诊断不明,治疗无效。既往有鼻窦炎病史。入院体检：神清,查体欠合作。贫血貌,鼻腔出血,双下肢及眼睑水肿,浅表淋巴结不大,心肺听诊无异常,腹软,肝肋下未及,脾平脐。脐偏右扪及一鸭蛋大小包块,与各脏器关系不清。To explore the clinical features and laboratory diagnosis of this disease. The clinical data of Waldenstrom Macroglobulinemia （WM） was reported and the literatures were reviewed. The old male patient suffered from headache and double eyelid edema. Coomhs test result was（A-A-A-＋）. Free hemoglobin level was 65.79 rag/ L. Lymphoplasmaeytic infiltration was found in bone marrow and peripheral blood. Monoclonal IgM protein level was 70.3 g/L. WM is characterized with lymphoplasmacytic in bone marrow and monoclonal IgM protein detection. WM is easily confused with IgM MM and small type B cell lymphoma. It is important to improve the recogni- tion of this disease.
