摘 要:目的 研究大肠癌组织的微血管密度 (MVD)和血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)表达及其与淋巴结转移的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学链酶亲和素 生物素 酶复合物 (SABC)法对 36例手术切除的大肠癌标本的癌灶中心、癌旁、切缘进行血管标记和染色。结果 癌灶中心MVD计数、VEGF表达分别为 97.2 0± 16 .80、2 .6 0± 0 .70 ,极显著高于癌旁组织 74.6 0± 13.6 0、1.35± 0 .95和切缘组织6 7.2 0± 12 .6 0、0 .92± 0 .90 (P <0 .0 1) ;淋巴结转移组MVD计数、VEGF表达分别为 96 .6 0± 17.90、2 .40± 0 .72极显著高于无淋巴结转移组 72 .0 5± 13.6 0、1.30± 0 .90 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 大肠癌癌灶中心MVD、VEGF呈高表达 ,MVD、VEGF表达高低可能成为判断大肠癌淋巴结转移、预后的指标。Objective\ To study the relationship between microvessel density (MVD) and expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in colorectal cancer tissues and lymphatic node metastasis. Methods\ Using immunohistochemistry SABC method the vessels at the cancer center, proximal cancer lateral and proximal incisal margin in 36 samples cut from the patients with colorectal cancer were marked and stained. Results\ The MVD count and VEGF expression at the cancer center 97.20±16.80, 2.60±0.70 were significantly higher than at proximal cancer lateral 74.60±13.60, 1.35±0.95 and proximal incisal margin in 67.20±12.60, 0.92±0.90 ( P <0.01), and in lymphatic metastatic group 96.60±17.90, 2.40±0.72 were obviously higher than in non-lymphatic metastatic group 72.05± 13.60 , 1.30±0.90 ( P <0.01). Conclusions\ The MVD and VEGF expression were higher at the center of colorectal cancer. MVD and VEGF might be used to evaluate lymphatic metastasis and prognosis of colorectal cancer.\;
