脑转移瘤中mtp53、二磷酸核苷激酶/nm23-H_1的表达和临床意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨突变体 p5 3蛋白 (mtp5 3)和二磷酸核苷激酶 (NDPK) /nm2 3 H1在脑转移瘤中的表达和预后关系。方法　采用免疫组织化学卵白素 生物素复合物 (ABC)法检测mtp5 3和NDPK/nm2 3 H1在 31例脑转移瘤中的表达。结果　 31例中 19例 (6 1.3% )mtp5 3、4例 (12 .9% )NDPK/nm2 3 H1表达阳性细胞。mtp5 3与NDPK/nm2 3 H1表达呈负相关。mtp5 3阳性、NDPK/nm2 3 H1阴性组生存时间显著短于mtp5 3阴性、NDPK/nm2 3 H1阳性组。结论　mtp5 3和NDPK/nm2 3 H1在脑转移瘤中的表达呈负相关 ,mtp5 3和NDPK/nm2 3 H1可作为判断脑转移瘤预后的客观指标。Objective\ To study the relationship between the expression of mutation p53 protein (mtp53) and NDPK/nm23-H 1 and prognosis. Methods\ The expression of mtp53 and NDPK/nm23-H 1 was detected by using immunohistochemical ABC method in 31 patients with metastatic brain tumor. Results\ Expression of mtp53 was detectable in 19 out of 31 specimens. Expression of NDPK/nm23-H 1 was detectable in 4 out of 31 specimens. There were a negative correlation between the expression of mtp53 and NDPK/nm23-H 1. The survival time in the patients with positive expresion of mtp53 and negative expression of NDPK/nm23-H 1 was shorter than that in those with negative expresion of mtp53 and positive expression of NDPK/nm23-H 1. Conclusions\ The expression of mtp53 was negatively correlated with that of NDPK/nm23-H 1 in metastatic brain tumor. mpt53 and NDPK/nm23-H 1 could be used as an objective indicator in predicting the prognosis of patients with metastatic brain tumor.\;
