摘　　要：评估玻璃体手术结合眼内电凝光凝治疗伴渗出性视网膜脱离的晚期 Coats 病的疗效。方法 :采用玻璃体切割 ,视网膜切开内引流、电凝、光凝及过氟化碳液体应用 ,治疗伴渗出性视网膜脱离 Coats 病 16例 (16只眼 ) ,随访 6～ 2 4个月 (平均 16月 )。结果 :术后视网膜复位率 (15 / 16 ) 93.2 %。 16只眼均保持术前视力 ,眼压控制于正常范围。结论 :本方法对多数晚期 Coats 病有效 ,可以使视网膜复位 。Purpose:To evaluate the efficacy of vitreous surgery and endolaser in advanced Coats disease with exudative retinal detachment.Methods:16 patients(16 eyes)with late stage Coats disease with exudative retinal detachemnt were treated with vitreous surgery and intraocular diathermy,internal drainage of subretinal fluid and application of perfluorocsarbon liguids and endolaser photocoagulation.Results:Retinal reattachment was achived in 15 eyes(93 2%).Patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months(mean 16 month)All treated eyes retained their initial visual acuity and introcular pressure was under control.Conclusions:This therapy is effective in treatment of advanced Coats disease in maintaining retina attached,low vision and normal intraocular pressure.
