眼表重建术后局用FK-506及rhEGF临床观察

摘　　要：寻找眼表重建术后主要并发症的有效治疗措施。方法 :对 32例 32只严重化学伤患眼施眼表重建术 (板层角膜移植、角膜移植羊膜移植术 ) ,按随机方法将研究对象分为治疗组及对照组各 16眼 ;治疗组于术后一周局部应用 0 .5 mg/ ml的 FK- 5 0 6及2 0 μg/ ml的 rh EGF滴眼液 ,对照组应用 1% Cs A及 Solcoseryl Eye Gel,观察两组移植组织的排斥反应及上皮细胞愈合质量。结果 :在随访期内 ,治疗组的组织排斥反应时间、发生率、预后及上皮愈合质量四个指标均明显优于对照组。结论 :FK- 5 0 6及 rhPurpose:To find out effective treatment for complications after ocular surface reconstruction.Methods:Lamellar keratoplasty,limbal stem cell and human amniotic membrane transplantation were performed in 32 patients (32 eyes)suffered with severe chemical burns,in which patients were divided into experimental group (16 eyes)and control group (16 eyes)in random fashion.Both experimental and control group were received the same routine treatment with cortisone.The experimental group received additional ophthalmic solution with FK 506(0 5mg/ml)and rhEGF(20μg/ml)and the control group were received CsA and Solcoseryl Eye Gel.in the same time The rejection and epithelial healing quality of transplanted tissue were observed.Results:In follow up period the experimental group was significantly better than control group in graft rejection.incidence,prognosis and epithelial healing quality.Conclusion:The combined applying of FK 506 and rhEGF improved effectively the rate of success in ocular surface reconstruction.
