水凝胶单体折叠式人工晶体植入的临床观察

摘　　要：研究超声乳化白内障摘除及水凝胶单体折叠式人工晶体 (Hydroview IOL)植入的临床效果。方法 :对经 3.2～ 3.8mm巩膜隧道切口植入 Hydroview IOL 6 8眼 (5 0例 ) ,分析术中状况及术后视力、散光、晶体的中心偏位及主要的术后并发症。随访6～ 12月。结果 :术后最佳矫正视力≥ 0 .5者为 6 5眼 (95 .6 % ) ,最佳矫正视力≥ 1.0者为 5 4眼 (79.4% )。手术前后平均散光无明显统计学差异 (术前 0 .6 8± 0 .70 D,术后 0 .71± 0 .70 D (P>0 .0 5 )。 5 9眼 (86 .8% )晶体无偏位 (<0 .2 5 mm)。无明显与晶体相关并发症。结论 :新型 Hydroview IOL植入方便 ,伸展快 ,术后视力好 ,中心稳定性良好 。Objective:To evaluate the safety and performance of a one piece foldable intraocular lens(IOL)in smalll incision Phacoemulsification surgery.Methods:The surgery was performed on 68 eyes of 50 patients mainly with senile cataracts by a 3 2-3 8mm sclera tunnel sutureless incision.Visual acuity,astigmatism,optic decentration,optic tilt,and postoperative complication were measured in the 6 12months following up.Results:Of the 68 eyes,65(95 6%)achieved the best corrected visual acuity of 0 5 or better and 54(79 4%)1 0 or better.There was no statistical difference in the mean astigmatism before and after the surgery(0 68±0 70DVs0 71±0 70D;P>0 05).The IOL decentration was less than 0 25mm in 59(86 8%)of all cases.There were no severe postoperative complications,nor has surgical reintervention been necessary.Conclusion:The Hydroview one piece foldable IOL is suitable for small incision cataract surgery.Good visual outcome and excellent centration were achieved with this IOL.
