摘　　要：目的　观察LASIK手术后角膜组织的增生程度。为LASIK手术控制程序提供参考依据。方法　测定手术前、术后 10天、术后 3月的角膜厚度。计算术中实际切削量及术后增生量。结果　术中实际角膜切削量是拟切削量的 90～ 98% ,角膜组织增生量为 17～ 18%。结论　以“PRK + 10 %”作为LASIK的控制程序是可行的。观察术后角膜组织增生情况。对手术后治疗和疗效分析提供参考依据。To measure the amount of corneal hyperplasia after LASIK, and to provide information for the adjustment of surgical parameters. Methods Corneal pachymetry was measured preoperatively, 10 days and 3 months after LASIK. Based on these readings the actual depth of ablation and the amount of postoperative corneal hyperplasia of each eye were calculated. Results The actual depth of ablation was between 90% and 98% of the intended value. Corneal hyperplasia of 17% to 18% was present after LASIK. Conclusion Because of the postoperative corneal hyperplasia, the “PRK+10%” for LASIK is reasonable. The observation of corneal hyperplasia provides a useful clue for the clinical analysis and postoperative management after LASIK.
