后房型人工晶状体缝线固定术的远期效果

摘　　要：目的　评价后房型人工晶状体缝线固定术的远期效果。方法　对 34例 36眼后房型人工晶状体缝线固定术的远期效果进行统计学分析。结果　远期视力与术前矫正视力及术后视力无统计学差异 ,远期并发症主要有慢性前葡萄膜炎、角膜失代偿等。结论　后房型人工晶状体缝线固定术是矫治无后囊及无晶状体眼的一种较好的术式。To evaluate the long-term results of transscleral suture fixation of posterior chamber lens.Method A statistical analysis was performed on the long-term results of transscleral fixtion of posterior chamber lens in 34 cases (36 eyeys).Results No significant differences were found between the long-term visual acuity,the preoperative corrected one and that after surgery.The main long-trem complications included chronic iridocyclitis,corneal discompensation,et al.Conclusion The transsscleral suture fixation of posterior chamber lens is a better operation mode in treatment of aphakia in the absence of posterior capsule.
