虹膜修补术在人工晶状体植入术中的价值

摘　　要：目的　探讨虹膜修补术在人工晶状体植入术中的价值。方法　各种虹膜缺损或前粘连伴外伤性白内障或无晶状体眼采用McCannel法或Siepser法修复虹膜形成瞳孔并植入人工晶状体。结果　 12例 12眼经手术后随访 1月～ 1年 ,视力从术前的光感～ 0 .3提高到 0 1～ 0 .8(4眼好于 0 5 )。结论　对于各种虹膜损伤行虹膜修补术在人工晶状体植入术中是必需的且具有良好的价值。To explore the effect of Iridoplasty on intraocular lens implant surgery.Method Iridoplasty combined with intraocular lens implant sugery was performed on traumatic cataract or aphakia with iris trauma,anterior synechia or hammock pupil.The injured iris was repaired by McCannel or Siepser techniques.Results The vision of 12 eyes in 12 cases increased from light perception ～0.3 pre-operatively to 0.1～0.8(4 eyes were better than 0.5)post-operatively during 1 month ～1 year follow-up.Conclusion The iridoplasty was necessary and important in those cases with serious iris injury in intraocular lens implant surgery.
