摘　　要：从医学期刊编辑的经验和体会出发,结合实例说明了医学图书情报论文选题的原则、方法和类型,阐述了论文写作的基本要求、步骤及各步骤中需要注意的问题,强调了投稿应遵守学术规范,并介绍了投稿技巧,分析了退稿原因。The principles, methods and types to select the subject of papers on medical library and information science were described according to the experiences in editing papers published in medical journals with examples. The basic requirements, steps and problems to which attention should be paid in each step were elaborated in writing a paper for publication, with stress laid on complying with the academic standards when a paper is submitted for publication, followed by an analysis of how to contribute a piece of writing for publication and the reasons why a manuscript is sent back.
