摘　　要：卫生信息人才队伍作为卫生信息化建设的设计与实施主体,其重要性日益突显。本文对我国卫生信息人才的发展环境进行了分析,探讨了卫生信息人才发展相关问题,如人才长期匮乏的现状、卫生信息人力资源需求分析方法、实践中培养锻炼人才队伍、体制机制问题,并针对当前阶段现状,提出了"扩编制、引人才,设职称、强培训,严考评、提待遇"的发展思路。Health information technology （HIT） personnel are the main power for health information technology design and implementation and have become increasingly important. The article discusses the environment for the development of the HIT personnel and analyses some related issues, such as the long-term lack of HIT personnel, HIT human resource demand prediction method, training HIT personnel in practice, system and mechanism factors. The article also gives some suggestions, including expanding the manning quotas, introducing the talent, establishing professional titles, strengthening the training, emphasizing evaluation and improving the salary.
