摘　　要：区域卫生信息化是医疗卫生领域不可或缺的基础设施,是当前医改工作的重要支撑,是实现我国医疗服务可及化、均等化建设目标的重要手段。然而,随着区域卫生信息化发展与应用,在给我们带来重大发展机遇的同时,也因网络信息安全问题带来了新的威胁与挑战。本文以卫生部区域卫生信息化试点项目建设为基础,围绕区域卫生信息化建设中所涉及的安全问题进行讨论。Regional Health information technology is an integral part of the health care infrastructure, playing an important role in health system reform as well as the availability and equality of medical resources. However, information security has became an increasingly important problem along with the development of regional health information system. Based on the Ministry of Health＇s pilot project of the development of a regional health information environment, this article elucidates the security issues involved in this process.
