翼状胬肉切除联合羊膜移植术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察在翼状胬肉切除术中应用人羊膜移植防止翼状胬肉复发的临床效果。方法对42例46只眼翼状胬肉(复发性翼状胬肉20例21眼,初发性胬肉22例25眼)进行手术切除联合羊膜移植术。结果随访时间3-36个月,平均19个月,40例44只眼术后上皮愈合稳定,角膜光滑透明,绝大部分患者术后视力较前提高,共2例复发,复发率4.5%。结论翼状胬肉切除联合羊膜移植术可有效降低翼状胬肉切除术的复发率。Objective To evaluate the curative effect of preserved human amniotic membrane transplantation for the prevention from recurrence after excision of pteryfium Methods Amniotic membrane preserved by glycerine transplantation was performed in 42patients（46eyes） of pterygium,including 20patients（21eyes） with recurrent ptergium Results follow-up from 3 months to36 months,averagel9 monthes,in 40patients（44eyes） with pterygium,the epithelium healing was stable,the cornea was transparent and smooth,most patients visual avuity was improved,only 2 cases（2eyes） recurrence, recurrence rate was 4.5%.Conclusions Pterygium excision with preserved human amniotie membrane transplantation can significantly prevent the recurrence of pterygium.
