眼眶骨折后眼球内陷的外科治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察复杂性眶骨骨折后眼球内陷的外科手术治疗的时机以及临床效果。方法2000年1月-2012年6月，共治疗复杂性眼眶骨折后眼球内陷畸形患者46例，术前常规行x线检查、眶部轴面及冠状位CT扫描，了解眶骨骨折及眶内容物移位嵌顿情况。术中首先将移位的骨折块截骨复位、小夹板坚强内固定，重建正常的眶缘，然后用自体或人工材料植入，同时修复眶壁。结果46例患者眼球内陷畸形均获明显改善或矫正。结论眶骨骨折所致后期眼球内陷畸形可通过骨复位及植骨的手段重建眶缘，修复眶骨各壁的缺损，缩小扩大的眶腔而得以有效矫正。Objective To investigate the surgical operation treatment of complicated orbital fractures enophthalmos after the timing and clinical effect. Methods from 2000 January -2012 year in June, after treatment of complicated orbital fractures enophthalmos deformity in 46 cases, preoperative X-ray examination, orbital axial and coronal CT scan, understanding of orbital fractures and orbital contents shift to embed situation. During the first displaced fractures osteotomy reduction, splint fixation, restoring normal orbital margin, then with autologous.or artificial material implantation, while repairing orbital wail.Results 46 cases of patients with enophthalmos deformity were improved or corrected. Conclusion orbital fractures enophthalmos deformity caused by the late by reduction and bone graft reconstruction of orbital margin method, defect repair of orbital bone wall, reduce the orbital cavity enlargement and can effectively correct.
