摘  要:人品教育是我国传统教育思想中的精华,中国古代的高等学校和西方现代的大学存在差别,它偏重儒学人文教育,以培养公共政治服务的官员仕人以及从事文化教育的文人为主。当下的中国,人才和成功的定位往往限制在一个狭小的范围,于是教育就显得非常功利,很少有人再以君子和高尚人品作为人才培养的标准。从中国传统教育寻找先育人后教书的理论依据,探索教育发展的多元化道路,具有重要的理论和现实意义。Character education is the essence of our traditional educational thought, the higher education institutions of the ancient Chinese and modern Western university there is a difference, to foster public and political service officials Shi people as well as cultural and educational literati main emphasis on humanistic education of Confucianism. China today, talent and successful positioning often limited to a narrow range, so education is very utilitarian, few gentleman and noble character as personnel training standards. From Chinese traditional education find a theoretical basis for the first educating people, teaching, exploring the educational development of diversification of the road, and has important theoretical and practical significance.
