摘 要:资源环境承载力评价作为我国主体功能区划的基础越来越受到人们的重视,其对于协调资源环境与社会经济的关系,实现可持续发展具有重要意义.如何在省级区域尺度明确资源环境承载力的概念及评价方法的研究尚且不足,本文以多学科理论方法为指导,在对资源环境承载力概念内涵分析的基础上,从生态支撑系统、资源供给系统、社会经济系统及调节系统4个方面构建资源环境承载力评价指标体系,并运用集对分析模型对内蒙古自治区资源环境承力进行评价.研究表明:内蒙古自治区社会经济整体发展不足,调节能力较弱,虽然资源供给未成为限制因子,但生态环境支撑系统自身脆弱性对资源环境承载力限制巨大,运用集对分析方法实现资源环境承载力评价,其结果能够实现资源环境承载力的全面表征.Resource and environmental carrying capacity as the basis of mare tunctlon zoning in China has been paid much attention. This contributes to coordinate environment and social economic relationship and is important for sustainable development. How to evaluate resource and environmental carrying capacity on provincial scale needs to be discussed. The index includes ecological support, resource supply, social-economic and regulation systems. Set pair analysis was used to assess index of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Data showed that economy development in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was insufficient so that the adjusting ability was weak, while the supply of resource has not become a limiting factor so far. However, the frangibility of the ecological supporting system is one of the limiting factors of resource and environment carrying capacity. Set pair analysis is a useful method for research on resource and environmental carrying capacity.
