摘 要:公交优先发展是我国城市践行绿色低碳发展路径,实现可持续发展的核心措施,也是建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会的必然途径。但长期以来由于缺乏信息化保障,许多公交优先发展制度难以长期高效地实施,不利于公交服务水平和运营效率的提高。本文以战略考虑为出发点,提出公共交通信息化管理的顶层设计,为深入高效推进公交优先提供基础保障在建立统一的智能公交数据标准基础上,提出公交信息化管理系统结构,并构建公交信息化平台的企业客户端、主管部门客户端和公众客户端,支持公交优先战略的具体实施。Public transport priority is critical to conduct low-carbon development path and achieve sustainable development It is also an inevitable way to building a resource conservation and environment friendly society. However, due to lack of information management, many measures of public transport priority are difficult to be efficiently implemented for long. It is not conducive to improve service level and operational efficiency. The original purpose of this paper is to propose the top- level design of public transport information management and provide fundamental guarantee during the implementation of public transport priority development. It puts forwards public transport management system based on unified intelligent public transport data standards. Then, the paper establishes corporate client, authority client and passenger client to support specific implementation of public transport priority strategy
