摘 要:人才培养是一个系统工程,模式介于理论与实践之间,人才培养模式是认识教育理论与实践的结果,是中国教育教学改革实践的产物。从思辨的角度考量,人才培养模式是一个过程范畴,既有教育视野下的性质特征,也有非教育视野下的性质特征。注重教育理念的更新、专业设置的调整、课程教学的建设、非教学培养途径的拓展和制度与评价的导向功能,以便使人才培养模式的正面功效凸显。Talent training is a project of system. Model is something between theory and practice. Personnel training mode is the results of understanding of educational theory and practice. It is China's reform of education and teaching practice result. From the dialectical point of view, personnel training model is category of a process, both has the education characteristic, also has the non-education characteristics. Pay attention to the renewal of education idea, the adjustment of professional setting, curriculum construction, teaching cultivation of non development and system and evaluation oriented function, so that the positive effects to highlight the personnel training mode.
