摘　　要：目的:研究哈尔滨地区手术室护士职业倦怠现状与社会支持现状,分析其相关性,通过提高社会支持,减轻职业倦怠感。方法:通过目的抽样选取哈尔滨地区8所二甲以上的医院468名手术室护士进行调查,回收有效问卷450份,调查工具包括一般情况调查表、职业倦怠量表与社会支持量表。结果:在职业倦怠量表中,情感耗竭得分为29.42±9.58,去个性化得分为7.45±4.32,个人成就感得分为28.12±9.29。手术室护士的情感耗竭与主观支持存在显著相关(P<0.01)。去个性化与主观支持和支持利用度存在显著相关(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:预防手术室护士职业倦怠,应努力增加护士的社会支持,塑造良好的人格,更好地为社会大众服务。Objective： To investigate Harbin operation room nurse occupation burnout and social support status, to analyze their correlation and to reduce the occupation burnout by improving the social support. Methods： Purposive sampling was used to select 468 operation room nurses from 8 hospitals above Grade 2A in Harbin areas, 450 valid questionnaires were collected. General situation questionnaire, occupation burnout scale and social support scale were used in this survey. Results： In the occupation burnout scale, emotional exhaustion score was 29.42 ＋ 9.58, depersonalization score was 7.45：1： 4.32, and personal accomplishment scores were 28.12：t 9.29. There is a significant correlation between emotional exhaustion and subjective support of operation room nurses （P〈0.01）. Depersonalization was significantly related with subjective support and support availability （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Increasing nurses＇ social support would contribute to prevent occupation burnout of nurses in the operation room, additionally create good personality and offer better service to the public.
