摘 要:目的调查我国二级医院护理管理者自我效能感现状及影响因素。方法采用一般自我效能感量表,对30个省(自治区、直辖市)二级医院1 000名护士长及护理部主任进行问卷调查。结果二级医院护理管理者自我效能感得分为(2.80±0.50)分;护理管理年限是二级医院护理管理者自我效能感的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论我国二级医院护理管理者自我效能感水平偏低,应发挥管理年限长、经验丰富管理者的带动作用,充分挖掘护理管理者的自我效能感,促进各项政策与改革在二级医院的开展与推进。Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of self - efficacy of nursing managers in second - class hospitals in China. Method Totally 1 000 head nurses and nursing department directors from different second - class hospitals in 30 provinces ( autonomous regions, municipalities) were investigated by General Self - Efficacy Scale (GSES). Results The score of self - efficacy was (2.80 ± 0.50 ) , and the length of being managers was the influencing factor of self - efficacy ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The self - efficacy level among nursing managers in the second - class hospitals is at a low level, and leading role of those with long length of managing and abundant managing experience should be played, and the excavating of nursing managers' self - effi- cacy should be valued, thus to promote the progress of policies in second - class hospitals.
