摘　　要：文章立足于新素养观背景,阐述了阅读素养概念及其蕴涵的深刻教育学趋向,并以Born to Read项目及PISA、PIRLS这两项国际性学业评估项目为例,探讨图书馆在服务未成年人阅读活动时的责任、使命以及由此引发的思考。Based on the new literacy background,this paper explains the concept of reading literacy and its profound pedagogy trends,and with Born to Read program and the two international academic evaluation projects,PISA and PIRLS,as example,the author discusses the responsibilities and mission of the library in serving minors reading activities.ctivities.
