摘  要:以丙烯腈(AN)、丙烯酸甲酯(MA)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为单体,采用悬浮聚合的方式制备出具有核壳结构的低温发泡热膨胀微胶囊。通过激光粒度分析仪和光学显微镜分析产物的形态,考察纳米二氧化硅用量和水相pH对微胶囊粒径大小及分布的影响;通过精密恒温控制热台和金相分析软件测试产物发泡情况,考察了MA用量、反应温度、发泡剂用量、交联剂用量和存放时间对微胶囊发泡性能的影响。结果表明,以22%纳米二氧化硅(油相质量分数,下同),pH=4配制水相,可制备出平均粒径约20μm,分布较窄的微胶囊。MA加入量为7.5%,反应温度为62℃,异丁烷用量为21.4%,交联剂用量为0.12%时制备的微胶囊,初始发泡温度为99℃,稳泡温程为45℃,发泡前后微胶囊平均粒径之比可达约1 5∶。In this paper, the low temperature expandable microcapules with core-shell structure were prepared by suspension polymerization of acrylonitrile (AN), methacrylate (MA) and methyl methaerylate (MMA). The particle size and distribution of microspheres influenced by the quantity of nano-silica and aqueous pH were investigated by using granularity analyzer and optical microscope. The expansion property was influenced by the content of methacrylate, reaction temperature, content of foaming agent and storage time were studied by high temperature hostage microscopy techniques and metallographie analysis software. The results showed that if aqueous was prepared by 22% nano-silica, pH = 4, microspheres featured of about 20μm average diameter and narrow size were synthesized, When 7.5% methacrylate and 21.4% isobutane and 0. 12% crosslink agent were added with reacting at 62℃, microspheres can intensively expand at 99 ℃ and kept their expansion for 45℃ with average expansion ratio about 1:5.
