摘  要:喷气织机具有高速、高产、高效等特点,在我国织造业大量推广使用,然而纬缩是影响喷气织机效率的重要因素。文章分析引起纬缩的原因主要有三大方面,a)由设备部件故障、辅喷咀前后位置分布不合理及辅喷结束角度设置不当等引起;b)工艺调校;c)纱线质量等因素。对此,分别探讨了通过调校设备状态,合理设置工艺参数,控制纱线质量等措施来预防或减少以上几大原因所引起的纬缩,从而提高喷气织机的效率。Air-jet loom is characterized by high speed, high yield and high efficiency. It is widely used in Chinese weaving industry. However, looped weft is an important factor influencing the efficiency of air-jet loom. This paper analyzes three main reasons of looped weft: a) failure of equipment parts, unreasonable front and rear location of auxiliary nozzle and improper setting of end anglt of auxiliary spraying; b) process set-up; c) yarn quality. This paper discusses the prevention or reduction of looped weft caused by reasons above respectively by adjusting the equipment state, setting up technological parameters and controlling yarn quality so as to improve the efficiency of air-jet loom.
