一种输出功率连续线性可调的小型微波干燥试验装置设计

摘　　要：设计了一种可以满足科学试验需要的小型微波干燥装置,该装置磁控管的微波输出功率可以连续线性调整,并且可以通过比较当前和预设的温度值,自动的调整输出功率,实现设定温度的自动控制。最后通过试验得到了该设备的微波输出功率曲线,验证了该装置的微波输出功率是连续线性可调的。A small microwave drying device that satisfy the scientific experiments requirement was designed,the microwave output power of the magnetron of the device can be continuous linear adjustable.The device can automated adjust output power and achieve the automatic control of the temperature by comparing the current and the preset temperature.Finally,the curve of the microwave output power of the device was obtained by the experiments.It was also confirmed that the microwave output power of the device is continuous linear adjustable.
