摘 要:针对目前国内外建筑形式多样化、体量大型化的趋势,越来越多的建筑内部空间使用上要求视觉的连续贯通性,传统的防火分区方式如防火墙和防火卷帘等已经满足不了这些要求,提出了利用钢化玻璃作为防火分区隔断物的设计方法,通过全尺寸的钢化玻璃干烧和水喷淋实体火灾试验,找到钢化玻璃破裂的临界条件,并验证利用窗喷保护钢化玻璃的可靠性,为防火分区设置提供依据。首次采用了红外成像设备(IR)记录钢化玻璃表面温度分布情况,为准确分析钢化玻璃受热情况提供了可靠保证。With the trend of architectural forms getting more and more diverse,and volume getting larger,more and more buildings require continuous visual effect,traditional fire compartmentation items such as firewalls and fire resistance rolling shutters have failed to meet these requirements,design method of using tempered glass as a fire compartmentation item was proposed.Full-scale tempered glass entity fire experiments with and without sprinkler have been carried out to find out the threshold value of the glass being broken,and verify the reliability of window sprinkler protecting tempered glass,which provided the basis for the fire compartmentation set up.For the first time Infrared(IR) imaging equipments have been used to record the tempered glass surface temperature distribution,which provided a reliable guarantee for the accurate analysis of tempered glass heated.
