摘　　要：目的探讨治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的临床疗效。方法30例糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者在常规糖尿病治疗基础上,给予促胃动力药联合电针治疗,30天为1个疗程,1个疗程后判定疗效。结果30例病人中,显效20例,有效7例,无效3例,总有效率90.0%。结论促胃动力药联合电针治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫疗效明显,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effects in treatments of diabetic gastroparesis.Methods The 30 diabetic gastroparesis patients were treated with gastric prokinetic drugs incombiantion with electroacupuncture,based on conventional diabetic treatments for a course of 30 days.Then the therapeutic effects were evaluated.Results The total effective rate was 90%.The excellent rate was 66.67%（20/30）,the effective rate was 23.33（7/30） and the invalid was 10%（3/30）.Conclusion Gastric prokinetic drug in combination with gastroparesis is effective in treatments diabetic gastroparesis.
