摘　　要：目的掌握深圳市龙岗区腹泻患者中副溶血性弧菌的构成,了解该菌株的流行季节及血清型的变迁趋势。方法采集2009～2012年在深圳市龙岗区人民医院就诊的腹泻患者粪便标本1 872份,对致病菌进行分离、培养和鉴定,并对分离出的副溶血性弧菌感染年龄段、流行季节及血清型别进行分析。结果 1 872份标本共分离到101株副溶血性弧菌,总分离率为5.40%,阳性率以20～和30～岁年龄组最高,10岁以下的年龄组最低,且不同年龄组间阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=235.32,P<0.01),不同年份间阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=456.77,P<0.01)。副溶血性弧菌的发病率在秋季达高峰,血清型以O3:K6为主。结论深圳市龙岗区副溶血性弧菌分离率呈逐年递减,分型以O3:K6血清型为主,4年均以秋季高发,易感人群以青壮年为主。Objective To learn Vibrio parahaemolyticus infection among local diarrhea patients,and to master the tendency of seasonal fluctuation and the serotype change of the pathogenic bacteria.Methods 1 872 stool samples were collected from diarrhea outpatients separation,cultivation and identification of pathogenic bacteria in 2009～2012.The age distribution,incidence season and serotype which were infected by Vibrio parahaemolyticus were analyzed.Results The total positive rate of the Vibrio parahaemolyticus was 5.40% in 1 872 stool samples.The positive rate of 20～group and 30～group was the highest,and the positive rate of the children aged below 10 years old was the lowest.The main serotype was O3：K6 and the peak season was autumn.Conclusions The total positive rate of the Vibrio parahaemolyticus declined annually at Longgang District of Shenzhen City,the main serotype was O3：K6 and the peak season was autumn.
