摘  要:目的:对人工冬虫夏草多糖脱色、脱蛋白工艺进行优化研究。方法:通过单因素和正交试验并以脱色率与多糖损失率为指标确定人工冬虫夏草多糖最佳脱色条件;以脱蛋白率与多糖损失率为指标,对Sevage法、TCA法及HCl法3种脱蛋白方法进行比较选择较好的脱蛋白方法。结果:人工虫草多糖活性炭脱色的最佳条件是活性炭加入量1.5%、温度50℃,时间10min、pH3.5,Sevage法为3种方法中较好的脱蛋白方法。结论:所确定的工艺条件可为虫草多糖的开发利用提供技术参数,优化后的工艺条件稳定有效,具有实用价值。Abstract: Purpose: To optimize the method for decoloration and deproteinization of Cordyceps sinensis polysaccharides. Methods: The decoloration effect was evaluated by the single-factor and orthogonal test in terms of the loss rate of pigment and polysaccharides. Comparing the Sevage method, TCA method, HCI method to screen the better deproteinization method and the optinal method of deproteinization was evaluated by the removing ratios of protein and polysaccharides. Results: The best decoloration conditions was 50 ℃, 10 min, quantity of active carbon was 1.5% and pH3.5. Compared with TCA method and HCI method, Sevage method was better for the deproteinization effect. Conclusions: The defined processing condition provides technological parameters for the production and use of Cordyceps polysaccharide and the optimized processing condition is stable, effective and of practical value.
