前列腺蛋白和基质金属蛋白酶-9在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的探讨前列腺蛋白和基质金属蛋白酶-9（matrix metalloproteinase-9，MMP-9）在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达及两者间的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测前列腺蛋白和MMP-9在60例卵巢癌、25例卵巢交界性肿瘤、25例卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤共110例卵巢上皮性肿瘤以及20例正常卵巢组织中的表达。结果前列腺蛋白和MMP-9在卵巢癌中的阳性表达率分别为71．6％和75％，高于卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤（16％、40％）、卵巢交界性肿瘤（28％、44％）和正常卵巢组织（15％、25％）；二者在卵巢癌中的表达与组织病理分级、临床分期有关；前列腺蛋白和MMP-9在卵巢癌中的表达呈正相关。不同组织学分型比较，差异无统计学意义。结论前列腺蛋白和MMP-9可能参与了卵巢癌的发生、发展，这也为前列腺蛋白和MMP-9有成为卵巢癌治疗的新靶点提供了理论依据。Objective To characterize the expression of prostasin and matrix metalloproteinase-9 （MMP-9） in epithelial ovarian tumors and to examine their correlations. Methods The expression of prostasin and MMP-9 were determined with immunohistochemical SP method in 60 samples from epithelial ovarian carcinoma, 25 samples from ovarian borderline tumor, 25 samples from ovarian benign tumor, and 20 samples from normal ovarian tissues. Results The positive expression rate of prostasin and MMP-9 in epithelial ovarian carcinoma was 71.6 % and 75 %, respectively, and was significantly higher than that in benign epithelial ovarian tumor （16 % and 40 % ）, borderline tumor （28 % and 44 % ）, and normal ovarian group （ 15 % and 25 % ）. The expressions of prostasin and MMP-9 was correlated to the pathologic grade and clinical stage in ovarian carcinoma, while there was no correlation between their expression and tumor histologic types. Conclusion The increased expressions of prostasin and MMP-9 may be involved in the occurrence and development of ovarian epithelial carcinoma and may become new targets for diagnosis and treatment of ovarian carcinoma.
