中西医结合治疗正己烷中毒导致周围神经病的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析中西医结合治疗正己烷中毒导致的周围神经病的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2011年7月至2012年7月收治的16例接受中西医结合治疗的正己烷中毒导致的周围神经病患者的临床资料。结果和对照组相比,观察组患者经过3疗程的针灸治疗后,病情明显好转程度明显较好,两者相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在正己烷中毒导致的周围神经病患者的治疗中,中西医结合治疗具有良好的效果,值得在临床广为推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Integrative Medicine in the treatment of peripheral neuropathy caused by n-hexane poisoning. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 16 cases of peripheral neuropathy patients who recerved the Integrative Medicine treatment and had admitted to our hospital from July, 2011 to July, 2012. Results Compared to the control group, the observation group patients＇ condition was improved significantly better after 3 courses of acupuncture treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions In the treatment of peripheral neuropathy caused by n-hexane poisoning patients, Integrative therapy has a good effect and deserves to be widely promotion in the clinical.
