DCF方案辅加复方丹参液治疗中晚期胃癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方丹参注射液联合化疗对中晚期胃癌患者疗效、生活质量及不良反应的影响。方法 78例中晚期非小细胞胃癌患者随机分为丹参注射液化疗、单纯化疗两组,观察组(39例)采用复方丹参注射液加DCF方案[多西他赛(DTX)+顺铂(DDP)+5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)]治疗,对照组(39例)采用单纯DCF方案化疗。结果观察组和对照组总有效率分别为59.0%和51.3%(P<0.05),观察组毒副反应如血色素、白细胞及血小板的降低及恶心、呕吐等轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方丹参液能够提高DCF化疗的有效率,减轻化疗某些不良反应,值得进一步研究应用。Objective Effect of Compound Danshen injection combined with chemotherapy on advanced gastric cancer patients, quality of life and adverse effects.Methods In 78 eases of advanced non small cell cancer patients were randomLy divided into Salvia miltiorrhiza injection chemotherapy, chemotherapy alone in two groups, The observation group （39 cases） by compound Danshen injection combined with DCF regimen [docetaxel （DTX） ＋ cisplatin （DDP） ＋ 5 - Fu （5 - Fu ）] treatment, the control group （39 cases） treated by chemotherapy of DCF regimen.Results The observation group and the control group, the total effective rates were 67.4% and 43.2% （P〈0.05）, the observation group side reactions such as hemoglobin, white blood cells and platelets to reduce nausea, vomiting and lighter than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compound Danshen liquid can improve the efficiency of DCF chemotherapy, alleviating some adverse reactions, worthy of further research and application.
