抑癌基因p16在人胃癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的　观察p16基因在胃癌中的表达及其临床应用价值。方法　应用SP免疫组化及原位杂交技术检测人胃癌中 p16蛋白及其mRNA的表达。 结果　p16蛋白在胃癌中的表达阳性率为 6 5 .88% (5 6 / 85 ) ,阴性表达者浸润较深、分化较差 ,术后生存期较短 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;p16mRNA在胃癌中的表达阳性率为 47.37% (18/ 38)。 结论　p16基因与胃癌发生、进展有关 。HT6”,5”] [WT5”BZ] [WT5”HZ]Objective [WT5”BZ]To study the expression and its clinical significance of p16 in human gastric carcinomas. [WT5”HZ]Methods [WT5”BZ]The expression of p16 protein and mRNA in human gastric carcinomas using SP immunohistochemical and in situ hybridization (ISH) methods were examined. [WT5”HZ]Results [WT5”BZ]Of the 85 cases tested, 65.88% (56 cases) showed positive staining of p16 protein in the primary lesions. The positive rate of p16 protein was significantly lower in the cases with deep invasion, poor differentiation or shorter survival periods ( P <0.05). The positive rate of p16 mRNA expression in human gastric carcinomas was 47.37% (in 38 cases). [WT5”HZ]Conclusion [WT5”BZ]p16 gene may correlate with the development and progress of gastric carcinomas. The expression of p16 gene may be a useful tool for showing biological behavior and prognosis of human gastric carcinomas. [HT6,5”] [WT5”HZ]
