p16蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨p16蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法　采用LSAB免疫组化法对 10 7例乳腺癌标本进行 p16蛋白的检测。 结果　p16蛋白阳性率为 40 .19% (43/10 7) ,生存时间≤ 5年 ,>10年 p16蛋白阳性率分别为8.0 0 %和 75 .6 8% ,p16蛋白表达阳性者生存时间明显长于阴性者。HT6”,5”] [WT5”BZ] [WT5”HZ]Objective [WT5”BZ]To investigate expression of p16 protein in breast cancer and its clinical significance. [WT5”HZ]Methods [WT5”BZ]Using immunohistochemical techniques (LSAB) the expression of p16 protein in 107 breast carcinomas was examined. [WT5”HZ]Results [WT5”BZ]The positive rate of p16 protein expression was 40.19% (43/107). The p16 protein over expression of the cases surviving ≤5 years and surviving ≥10 years were 8.00% and 75.68% respectively.
